We do not rush the process — viewings are arranged thoughtfully to give you real time with each property. The goal is a decision you feel settled in, not one made under pressure.
What is included in Artisan Quarter short stays?
All our short-stay properties are furnished and selected for character and quiet. Each comes with a local welcome guide covering nearby markets, cafés, transport, and useful contacts. You will also have a responsive support contact throughout your stay for any practical questions that come up.
How does Tenancy Support work on a monthly basis?
The Craft of Tenancy Support retainer gives you a consistent point of contact for everyday property matters. This covers things like coordinating repairs, helping you understand a landlord notice, or finding a trustworthy plumber or electrician. We communicate in English and Thai, so nothing gets lost in translation.
Do you work with landlords as well as tenants?
Our primary focus is on supporting tenants. We help renters find good homes and navigate the experience of renting in Thailand as respectfully and smoothly as possible. If you are a landlord with a property that would suit our short-stay portfolio, you are welcome to reach out and we can have a conversation.
What is your pricing and how do payments work?
Short-stay rentals are priced from ฿8,500 per week. The Deliberate Home Search is a one-time fee of ฿16,500. Monthly Tenancy Support is ฿3,400 per month. Payments are made in Thai Baht. We can walk you through the details when we speak — no surprises.
